If there was ever an award for best smelling facial cleanser, this would take the cake. My god, it's heavenly! It was through the recommendation of Marvelle and Sammi that I picked this up, and I'm not looking back. I've tried many of Lush's bath products, but never their skincare and this has made one hell of a first impression.
Let The Good Times Roll may not be the most visually appealing of skincare products, but it works. It contains corn oil, polenta, maize flour and cinnamon, as well as popcorn and has an exfoliating texture. For this reason I use it ever other day rather than daily, as I don't want to give my skin too much of a scrubbing. To use it, you need to take a small amount and rub it between wet hands to create a paste, slap it on your face using gentle circular motions and rinse. Simple as that!
My skin is left feeling baby-soft after using this as it rids me of any dry patches, and I'll be sad to see it go after Christmas. I think this should be a product that Lush offers all year round, as it seems to be a hit with most! Have you tried Let The Good Times Roll? Or any of Lush's other skincare offerings?

This does sound a little bit amazing, it sounds good enough to eat!

DeleteI've been reading on the lush forum and apparently they are making this product permanent! I think its just a rumour but i so hope its true! Its so nice and if it is limited edition, I am definitely going to have to stockpile these haha!
ReplyDeleteOh I really hope so because I'm loving it! Thanks for recommending such good products to me, you're a star :)
DeleteIt sounds similar to herbalism in the way it goes into a paste. I love LUSH skincare, just sad when I can't afford it sometimes. #studentproblems
ReplyDeleteI'm dying to try some of their other skincare bits now, I'm so impressed! I know what you mean about the price though, some products can be difficult to justify!
DeleteOoo this sounds lovely... I really want to smell it though just because of you raving about it!! One of my favorite skin products from LUSH is the Cupcake mask; it smells FANTASTIC and really clears out your pores :)
