Firstly, I will apologise for the less than perfect pictures in this post! It was quite late when I took the photo of the polish on my nails, so lighting wasn't fantastic. I was recently browsing for nail polishes on Amazon and looking at different NOTD's on blogs, hoping to find some that I liked the look of. My mam was browsing with me, and we ended up spotting this on MakeUpSavvy. It is such a gorgeous polish, despite it being from the Christmas collection! So I put the order in straight away, and couldn't wait to apply it.
It looks like you have little rocks and crystals on your nails, partly because of the different sized glitter particles. Tinsel Town is a dark grey/silver that is packed full of glitter but not in an over the top kind of way. I applied two coats and it ended up completely opaque and dried incredibly quickly.
The only problem I have with this polish is that it doesn't last long. At all. I applied this last night and already it's chipped to the high heavens (with a top coat), which is such a shame because it's one of those polishes that, once it's on your nails, you can't stop looking at. However, it is relatively easy to top up once it's on your nails, and for the price of £5.95 on Amazon it could have been a lot worse!

I LOVE it.

China Glaze is definitely one of my favourite American branded nail polishes, much better quality generally than OPI which it's often compared too. This colour is amazing! I may have to invest. My current favourite is the ever popular fairy dust. My all time favourite is a polish called Ruby Pumps - it is SO amazing. Xo
ReplyDeleteI've eyed up Fairy Dust quite a few times! Their quality is outstanding and in the same league as more expensive brands. I've only recently bought my first few OPI polishes but definitely prefer China Glaze over Nails Inc! Xx
DeleteI'd never heard of this company until now, but that shade's gorgeous! I'm like a magpie for all things that sparkle haha. Not too pricey either. Can you get China Glaze in shops, or do you have to buy over the internet?
